Welcome to our site

Welcome to the Grand Gateway Community Development Foundation, Inc. (GGCDFI) website.  Our mission is to collaboratively provide access to affordable services that foster independence for the elderly, veterans, disabled, and impoverished citizens of northeastern Oklahoma.  GGCDFI has established multiple collaborations with human service providers who provide assistance for the fundamental needs of those served.  Our partnership with Grand Gateway Economic Development Association (GGEDA), GGEDA Area Agency on Aging and GGEDA dba Pelivan Transit lends us 48 years of experience in delivering services.  Our outreach program includes utilization of multi-media outlets, workshops, human services programs, information and assistance help lines.  The programs that we provide grants to directly improves the quality of life for the citizens of northeast Oklahoma, individually and collectively.

GGCDFI has been established for the sole purpose of assisting GGEDA in their endeavors.  GGEDA has provided staffing through the donation of hours.  The GGEDA staff has collectively over 300 years of experience in delivering services aforementioned.  GGEDA receives funding from federal, state, and local entities as well as the foundation sources.  Independent annual audits have proven GGEDA’s financial viability consistently since 1968.  The success of Grand Gateway EDA has grown to 88 employees serving citizens in the seven counties of Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Ottawa, Nowata, Rogers, and Washington in northeastern Oklahoma.   The overall impact of the region we serve has virtually improved the quality of life for every resident therein.  GGEDA is recognized as one of the leading associations in the State of Oklahoma.
